Stashers are amazingly versatile.  Not only do they quilt, but they make lots of other things too. . . and . . . they can eat mini carrots or ice cream and hershey’s kisses all while carrying on a meaningful conversation.

These unique skills were made manifest at the last Stashing Sisters meeting.  A presentation of how to make a fancy folded star (to be featured in a future post) was shared along with several projects the stashers have worked on.

Here are a few of the projects shared:

Kay wanted to make totes to hold her grandchildren’s new scriptures.  The kitty lining was by special request.

Ginger shared quilted pot holders that will be sold to raise money for a charitable event in October.

American Girl Dolls are popular with lots of young girls – older girls too.  What Stashing Sister can resist using a bit of stash to build a wardrobe for a grand daughter’s doll?   Good job Kay.
